Building wire and common cable
Branch-circuit and feeder wire used in commercial, industrial and agricultural construction — the wire that most often survives a project as partial reels.
Wire we buy
Ten categories, one rule: electrical wire and cable only. If it conducts power or signal and it is surplus, we want to see the tag.

01By family
Branch-circuit and feeder wire used in commercial, industrial and agricultural construction — the wire that most often survives a project as partial reels.
Tray, VFD, flexible and power cable installed in plants, mines, processing facilities and utility yards.
Multi-conductor, shielded and paired cable for PLC, DCS, instrumentation and thermocouple circuits.
Fire alarm, data, thermostat, speaker and security cable, usually left over in cartons and partial boxes.
5kV through 69kV and above, shielded and concentric-neutral power cable, from utility, substation, wind and plant work.
02Sizes
Sizes from #14 branch wire through 1000 MCM feeder cable. Larger and smaller sizes exist; these are the ones that show up most often as surplus.
Copper and aluminum are priced differently, and so are solid, stranded, compact and compressed constructions. State the metal and the strand where you know it.
03Packaging and condition
No guaranteed acceptance. We do not promise to buy every type or condition of wire. What we do promise is a straight answer: if a lot is not workable for us, we say so rather than stringing it out.
04Out of scope
We buy wire and cable. We do not buy transformers, switchgear, breakers, MCCs, generators, bus plugs, chillers, machinery, vehicles or general scrap metal. If your surplus includes those items alongside wire, describe the wire separately and we will quote that portion.
We also do not buy fiber-optic cable or finished low-voltage equipment such as cameras, panels and access-control hardware.
Tell us what the wire is, where it sits in Wyoming and how it is packaged. Photos of the reel tag or jacket legend let us read the material exactly instead of guessing.
